摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：观察掺钕钇铝石榴石（neodymium-yttrium aluminum garnet,Nd:YAG）激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT）治疗过角化口腔白斑病患者的临床疗效,旨在为该疗法的临床应用提供治疗参考。诊治经过：采用Nd:YAG激光联合ALA-PDT治疗3例伴有不同程度上皮异常增生的口腔白斑病患者,通过比较术前、术后1个月的病损面积变化,判定疗效。结果：经联合治疗后,3名患者舌腹白色病损完全消退。随访24个月,无复发。结论：Nd:YAG激光联合ALA-PDT可作为伴有过角化口腔白斑治疗的新方案。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of neodymium-yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd:YAG)laser combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) in the treatment of patients with hyperkeratotic oral leukoplakia, in order to provide a reference for the clinical application of this therapy. Diagnosis and treatment: Three patients with hyperkeratotic oral leukoplakia with different abnormal hyperplasia were treated with Nd:YAG laser combined with ALA-PDT. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by comparing the lesion area before and after operation. Results: After combined treatment, the white lesions on the tongue belly of 3 patients disappeared completely. The patients were followed up for 24 months without recurrence. Conclusions: Nd:YAG laser combined with ALA-PDT can be used as a new treatment for oral leukoplakia (OLK) with hyperkeratosis.
