摘要： 目的：本文报道1例内外联合漂白技术用于上前失髓变色牙以改善色泽和美学的病例。诊治经过：在确定诊断及取得患者知情同意后,使用36%过氧化氢漂白凝胶等对患牙进行3个疗程的内外联合漂白后,更换原有充填体行前牙美学树脂粘接修复,术后4个月、10个月进行回访。结果：3个漂白疗程后患牙与对侧同名牙颜色一致,术后4个月、10个月回访疗效稳定,患牙未见返色,牙体颜色与树脂粘接修复材料色泽匹配。结论：内外联合漂白对于根管治疗后出现的变色牙可达到满意的美学效果,可作为根管治疗后的单颗失髓变色牙的治疗方案之一。

Abstract: Objective: This case reports an application of combined internal and external bleaching technique on devitalized maxillary anterior teeth with intrinsic discoloration to materialize the aesthetic need of the patient. Diagnosis and treatment: 3 treatment courses of internal/external bleaching were performed on the nonvital maxillary anterior tooth using 36% hydrogen peroxide gel after obtaining specific diagnosis and written informed consent of the patient, following with resin restoration. The patient was followed up 4 and 10 months after the treatment. Results: After 3 treatment courses of internal/external bleaching, the discolor has been corrected. The following-up 4, 10 months after the treatment showed stable color maintenance, and the color of the resin was compatible with the bleached tooth. Conclusions: Combined internal and external bleaching technique can be a minimally invasive option for discolored nonvital teeth to reach satisfying aesthetic effect.
