摘要/Abstract

摘要： 术后恶心呕吐是常见的术后并发症之一,严重影响患者舒适度及满意度,尽管已经有很多相关研究,但对于其机制及预防和治疗并没有统一定论。为此本文就术后恶心呕吐可能机制、相关风险因素、预防与治疗进行综述,为临床工作提供参考。

关键词: 术后恶心呕吐, 口腔科手术, 基因组学研究, 人工智能预测, 种族差异

Abstract: Postoperative nausea and vomiting is one of the common postoperative complications, which seriously affects the comfort and satisfaction of patients. Although there have been many relevant studies, there is no uniform conclusion on its mechanism, prevention and treatment. Therefore, this paper reviews the possible mechanism, related risk factors, prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and provides references for clinical work.
