摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：报道1例诊断为Ⅳ期C级牙周炎患者其牙周系统治疗的过程与疗效。诊治经过：对于该Ⅳ期C级牙周炎患者,开展了完善的牙周基础治疗、牙周再生手术、正畸治疗和贯穿于整个治疗之中的牙周维护治疗。结果：本病例达到了恢复口腔健康并重建功能、改善美观的诊治目标,患者对当前治疗效果表示满意。结论：复杂的Ⅳ期C 级牙周炎需要系统性的诊疗设计与规范的牙周治疗方法,并结合交叉学科手段完成治疗。

Abstract: Objective: Report on the process and efficacy of periodontal system treatment for a patient diagnosed with StageⅣGrade C periodontitis. Diagnosis and treatment: A thorough initial periodontal therapy, periodontal regenerative surgery, orthodontic therapy and periodontal maintenance were conducted in this case. Results: The patient obtained health, function and aesthetics and the patient was satisfied with the treatment effect. Conclusions: Complex StageⅣ Grade C periodontitis requires systematic diagnosis and treatment design and standardized periodontal treatment methods, combined with interdisciplinary approaches to complete the treatment.
