摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文介绍1例鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤致腭部缺损并通过半永久性腭护板修复改善语音功能、吞咽功能及心理健康指导的病例,并对该病例修复全程的个性化精准护理进行分析与探讨。该患者佩戴腭护板前后语音清晰度分别为（64.50±9.73）%和（91.10±3.00）%,差异有统计学意义;腭护板封闭作用减少了口腔异味,增加了社交自信心。修复治疗全程进行专业、系统的个性化护理配合与人文关怀,有针对性地进行口腔卫生知识宣教,是修复治疗成功的有效保障。
