摘要/Abstract

摘要： 牙龈肥大已成为临床上较为常见的口腔表征,严重者影响咀嚼。同样表现为牙龈肥大,但疾病的性质可能截然不同,有可治愈的牙龈疾病,也有恶性疾病在口腔的表现,不同疾病的治疗策略和方法迥异,因此需要仔细鉴别。本文将介绍如何鉴别各种牙龈肥大性疾病,并介绍对牙龈肥大性疾病的治疗策略。

关键词: 牙龈肥大, 牙龈疾病, 白血病的龈病损, 鉴别诊断, 治疗策略

Abstract: Gingival enlargement has been a common oral manifestation in clinic. Severe cases affect chewing. Gingival hypertrophy could be seen in many diseases, but the nature of the diseases were entirely different. Some are curable gingival diseases, some are malignant diseases. The treatment strategies and methods for different diseases are different. Therefore, they need to be carefully identified. This article will introduce how to identify various diseases with gingival enlargment and the treatment strategies for these diseases.
