数字化口内扫描技术在牙体预备实践教学中的应用

摘要: 目的:探索数字化技术在口腔修复学住院医师规范化培训中的应用及推广。方法:本实验以45名参与浙江大学医学院附属口腔医院口腔住院医师规范化培训的住培生为研究对象,分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统教师理论授课和操作示教,实验组采用数字化口内扫描技术引导下金属烤瓷全冠牙体预备教学。通过体位姿势、边缘形态、点线角、聚合度、预备量5个方面对牙体预备质量进行评分考核。结果:全冠牙体预备考核成绩实验组(92.26±2.97)与对照组(89.91±4.20)之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:数字化引导的金属烤瓷全冠牙体预备的教学可以有效提高学生的学习主动性、理论知识的掌握和应用、临床思考和实践能力,为最终培养出具有优异临床岗位胜任力的口腔住院医师提供基础。

Abstract: Objective: Stomatology is a highly practical course, and the application of digital technology brings new opportunities to the teaching of dentistry. The aim of this study was to explore the application of digital technology in the standardized training of resident dentists in prosthodontics. Methods: This experiment focused on 45 resident trainees who participated in standardized training for resident dentists at the Stomatology Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received traditional theoretical teaching and operational demonstration, while the experimental group teachers used digital intraoral scanning technology to guide the tooth preparation of porcelain fused to metal crown. The quality of tooth preparation was evaluated with five aspects: posture, edge shape, point line angle, degree of aggregation, and preparation amount. Results: There was a significant difference (P<0.05) between the experimental group (92.26±2.97)and the control group (89.91±4.20) in the performance of the full crown tooth preparation assessment. Conclusions: Digitally guided teaching of tooth preparation of porcelain fused to metal crown can effectively improve students’ learning initiative, mastery and application of theoretical knowledge, clinical thinking and practical abilities, and provide foundation for ultimately cultivating resident dentists with excellent clinical job competence.
