摘要/Abstract

摘要： 美学牙冠延长术是一种通过适度去除牙龈及牙槽骨组织、增大临床牙冠长度,以满足美学与修复需求的牙周外科技术。本文系统梳理了该术式的临床应用流程,内容涵盖病史采集、检查评估、影像分析、数字化设计、导板制作及手术操作等关键环节,旨在为规范化开展美学牙冠延长术提供参考路径。

关键词: 美学牙冠延长术, 数字化导板, 牙周表型, 整形外科, 变异的被动萌出

Abstract: Esthetic crown lengthening surgery is a periodontal surgical technique that involves the precise removal of gingival and alveolar bone tissues to increase clinical crown length, thereby meeting esthetic and restorative demands. This article systematically outlines the clinical workflow of this procedure, including medical history collection, comprehensive clinical and radiographic evaluation, digital design, surgical guide fabrication, and intraoperative protocols. The aim is to provide a standardized reference pathway to facilitate the effective and predictable implementation of esthetic crown lengthening surgery.
