摘要: 目的:本文报道49岁男性患者Ⅲ期C级牙周炎下颌前磨牙牙周再生术后随访观察3年1例,并对影响牙周再生的相关因素进行文献复习。诊治经过:通过规范化牙周系统治疗及下颌前磨牙邻面牙周再生手术治疗,成功保留了传统观念认为应该拔除的重度牙周炎患牙。结果:改善了牙周炎患者的全口口腔健康状况,牙周控制水平持续稳定。结论:牙周炎患牙邻面附着丧失与牙齿预后密切相关,牙周炎邻面附着水平的再生明显改善患牙的预后。

Abstract: Objective: This case report presented a three-year follow-up observation of a 49-year-old male patient with StageⅢ Grade C periodontitis who underwent periodontal regenerative surgery on mandibular premolars. Additionally, a literature review was conducted on factors influencing periodontal regeneration. Diagnosis and treatment: Through standardized periodontal maintenance therapy and regeneration on the proximal surface of mandibular premolars, the patient's heavily involved periodontitis teeth were salvaged in a timely manner. Results: The overall periodontal health status was significantly improved, with sustained and stable periodontal control. Conliusions: The loss of interproximal attachment in periodontally involved teeth is closely associated with tooth prognosis, and the regeneration of interproximal attachment levels in periodontitis can significantly improve the prognosis of affected teeth.
