摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：本文通过汇报1例上下颌牙列缺失伴上颌松软牙槽嵴生物功能性义齿修复系统（Biofunctional prosthetic system,BPS）全口义齿修复病例,以期为无牙颌伴松软牙槽嵴患者的修复治疗提供参考。诊治经过：患者旧义齿佩戴12年,自觉固位不佳两年,口腔颌面外科行上颌前部松软牙槽嵴切除术+前庭沟成形术。外科术后3个月,患者于口腔修复科进行BPS全口义齿修复上下颌牙列缺失。结果：上下颌全口义齿佩戴一年后复查,修复效果稳定。结论：对于有松软牙槽嵴的无牙颌患者,通过外科修整后利用BPS技术进行全口义齿修复可实现较为理想的修复效果。

Abstract: Objective: This case presents a treatment of complete denture restoration in a patient with edentulous maxilla and mandible accompanied by flabby ridge, aiming to provide a reference for the restorative treatment of patients with similar conditions. Diagnosis and treatment: A 59-year-old female patient with a complete denture for twelve years reported inadequate retention for two years. Surgical intervention involved flabby ridge in the anterior maxilla combined with vestibuloplasty to reshape the soft alveolar ridge. Three months postoperatively, a BPS (Biofunctional Prosthetic System) denture was fabricated. Necessary adjustments were done and the dentures were delivered to the patient. Results: A follow-up examination conducted one year after the BPS denture restoration and the BPS denture was stable and revealed a satisfactory restoration effect. Conclusions: For edentulous patients with flabby ridge, surgical intervention followed by the application of BPS dentures for restoring missing teeth can achieve a favorable treatment result.
