摘要: 磁共振波谱作为一种非侵入性检测脑内代谢物含量的影像学方法,在临床评估神经系统疾病方面发挥重要作用。人体脑内代谢物水平异常可能引起神经系统疾病。本文对磁共振波谱在脑内代谢物检测的研究现状及部分临床应用进行了综述。

Abstract: Magnetic resonance spectroscopy, is a non-invasive imaging method to detect metabolite content in the brain, plays an important role in the clinical assessment of neurological diseases. Abnormal metabolite levels may cause neurological diseases. This paper reviews the research status and some clinical applications of magnetic resonance spectroscopy in the detection of metabolites in brain.
