上颌赝复体功能性封闭的概念及临床策略

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文结合笔者临床经验和文献回顾,将上颌赝复体功能性封闭概括为经咬合、语音及吞咽等功能整塑后赝复体形态与周围组织的封闭,以及在行使功能时赝复体的封闭状态,即静态和动态相结合的封闭状态。上颌赝复体修复的首要目标是关闭口鼻腔的穿通,恢复语音和吞咽功能,部分恢复咀嚼功能。要达到良好的功能性封闭有赖于良好的义齿支持、固位和稳定设计、基托组织面的边缘封闭、阻塞器与缺损腔三维结构的功能整塑、正确的赝复体腭侧磨光面与舌背的动态接触及良好的咬合平衡等。本文重点阐述上颌赝复体功能性封闭的概念、关键影响因素及临床应对策略。
