情景模拟教学法在口腔医学生心肺复苏教学中的应用

摘要: 目的:探讨情景模拟教学法在口腔医学专业硕士研究生心肺复苏教学中的应用效果。方法:选取重庆医科大学口腔医学院2021级80名硕士研究生为研究对象,1班40名学生为实验组,2班40名学生为对照组。实验组采用情景模拟教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。课程结束后,比较2组学生心肺复苏理论考试和操作考试成绩,并通过问卷调查评估2组学生对不同教学方法的认可度。结果:实验组学生的心肺复苏理论考试和操作考试成绩均优于对照组(P<0.001),且实验组学生对情景模拟教学法的认 可度明显高于对照组对传统教学法的认可度。结论:在口腔医学硕士研究生心肺复苏教学中,情景模拟教学法的教学效果明显优于传统教学法。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of scenario teaching method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) teaching for postgraduates of stomatology. Methods: 80 postgraduate students of grade 2021 from the School of Stomatology of Chongqing Medical University were selected as the research objects. The experimental group included 40 students of class 1, and the control group included 40 students of class 2. The scenario teaching method for CPR teaching was adopted for the experimental group, while the traditional teaching method was adopted for the control group. At the end of the course, the outcomes of theoretic test and skill evaluation about CPR were compared between the two groups. And the recognition of the two groups was evaluated through a questionnaire survey. Results: CPR theoretic test and skill evaluation scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.001). And the students in the experimental group of the scenario teaching method had significantly higher recognition than those in the control group. Conclusions: In the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for postgraduates of stomatology, the effect of the scenario teaching method is obviously better than the traditional teaching method.
