Abstract: Objective: To restore the function and aesthetics of the patient's oral and maxillofacial system by screw-retained implant fixed complete denture. Diagnosis and treatment: The full-mouth occlusal reconstruction of the patient with dentition defect was completed by immediate implantation and immediate repair of maxillary and mandibular dentition in different periods. The implant bridge was designed and fabricated by computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology, and then the decorative porcelain was sintered on the maxillary zirconia bridge, and the polymeric porcelain restoration was made on the mandibular titanium bridge. Results: The final implant-retained denture was successfully worn into the patient's mouth, the prosthesis was in place smoothly, and the occlusion relationship was fit. The patient was satisfied with the aesthetics and function of the denture. Conclusions: With the appropriate cooperation of dentists, medical technicians and patient, the screw-retained full-mouth implant fixed denture restoration can efficiently and accurately restore the function and aesthetics of the patient's oral and maxillofacial system.
