Abstract

Abstract: Esthetic crown lengthening surgery is a periodontal surgical technique that involves the precise removal of gingival and alveolar bone tissues to increase clinical crown length, thereby meeting esthetic and restorative demands. This article systematically outlines the clinical workflow of this procedure, including medical history collection, comprehensive clinical and radiographic evaluation, digital design, surgical guide fabrication, and intraoperative protocols. The aim is to provide a standardized reference pathway to facilitate the effective and predictable implementation of esthetic crown lengthening surgery.
