摘要: 牙槽嵴保存术可减少拔牙窝自然愈合过程中发生的牙槽骨吸收及软组织退缩,为后期种植修复提供良好的软硬组织条件。因此,评估牙槽嵴保存术的预后至关重要。牙槽嵴保存术预后因素与患牙局部解剖因素、手术植入材料及患者个体因素等有关。目前,关于影响牙槽嵴保存术预后的因素受到了临床医生的广泛关注,本文将对影响牙槽嵴保存术预后的因素做一综述,旨在为临床治疗提供参考,制订个性化治疗方案,以达到可预测的临床效果。
