颌骨重建中植入骨瓣的牙种植体预后研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 颌骨缺损的功能性重建应包括恢复颌骨连续性以及在此基础上进行的各类义齿修复等,以重建颌骨功能和颌面部美观。血管化自体骨移植后进行种植义齿修复是颌骨缺损重建的一种有效且前沿的治疗方法。目前已有大量研究报道血管化自体骨移植后进行种植修复的临床治疗效果。本文将聚焦颌骨缺损重建中植入骨瓣的牙种植体预后,重点介绍其研究进展,系统回顾植入骨瓣中种植体的生存率、并发症及影响预后的风险因素,为颌骨缺损重建中种植修复的预后评估及临床决策提供参考。
