Abstract: Objective: The multidisciplinary treatment method and experience of a case of complicated dental trauma combined with alveolar socket wall fracture were reported. Diagnosis and treatment: The patient was treated with standardized sequential treatment including replantation and fixation of the injured teeth, alveolar bone augmentation surgery and implantation of concentrated growth factor. Results: After 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years of follow-up, the patient's injured teeth were successfully replanted with no loosening, no discoloration.
