Abstract

Abstract: Objective: Report on the process and efficacy of periodontal system treatment for a patient diagnosed with StageⅣGrade C periodontitis. Diagnosis and treatment: A thorough initial periodontal therapy, periodontal regenerative surgery, orthodontic therapy and periodontal maintenance were conducted in this case. Results: The patient obtained health, function and aesthetics and the patient was satisfied with the treatment effect. Conclusions: Complex StageⅣ Grade C periodontitis requires systematic diagnosis and treatment design and standardized periodontal treatment methods, combined with interdisciplinary approaches to complete the treatment.
