Abstract: Objective: To report a case of digital technology for the restoration of bilateral maxillary cusp teeth loss in oral comprehensive treatment. Diagnosis and treatment: On the basis of systematic oral examination and definite diagnosis, the patient received sequential oral treatments, including systemic periodontal treatment, extraction of impacted third molar, and restoration of maxillary bilateral missing cuspid teeth. Among them, was implanted and repaired under the guidance of digital guide plate, andwas repaired with cantilevered all-ceramic bonding bridge. Results: The position of the implants guided by the digital implant guide was consistent with the preoperative design. The appearance and function of the implant restoration and cantilevered bonding bridge were satisfactry. After the treatment, the periodontal health was maintained and the function of restorations were planting. Conclusions: The 3D position of the implant can be accurately controlled by digital implant guide, and the digital impression obtained by intraoral scanning technology can achieve guide therapeutic effect.
