New Progress in Pulpotomy of Irreversible Pulpitis for Mature Permanent Teeth

Abstract: With the development of minimally invasive concepts and biomaterials, the application of pulpotomy in mature permanent teeth has received more attention. Based on the latest research, this article will summarize the progress in diagnostic methods for irreversible pulpitis and the biological basis, clinical efficacy and influencing factors of pulpotomy in the treatment of irreversible pulpitis for mature permanent teeth, in order to provide reference for the clinical implementation of pulpotomy for mature permanent teeth with irreversible pulpitis.
